I get it! After years of wanting to learn self-defense techniques and how to use a firearm but putting it off due to discomfort and reluctance - even though I knew it was something I needed to do, especially as the world got crazier...

I now run a business where I have the opportunity to teach women how to overcome their fears and discomfort so they can live a life of empowerment, confidence, and safety.
